Management of every aspect of campground excluding accounting and payroll. Owners live on the property however they have other roles and employ myself to run the campground. My main roles can be summarised as:
* Customer relations including bookings, email / phone enquiries, check ins and 'inductions', feedback/ issues, dealing with undesirable customers, assisting customers with backing caravans etc
* Site maintenance including mowing/ brushcutting, spraying, felling/ trimming trees, road maintenance (skid steer), tractor slashing, cutting firewood etc.
* Daily cleaning of amenities and rubbish removal
* Ordering of supplies and parts
* Servicing and maintenance of plant including vehicles, machines, pumps, filters etc.
* General handyman maintenance such as replacing locks/ doors, plumbing issues etc
*Sole trader operating as Bennys Hinterland Properties.
*Qualified Trade Painter and Decorator.
* All aspects of property maintenance including mowing/ yard, house repaints, roof restorations (tile and steel), broad area airless spraypainting, decks, retaining walls, driveway paving, gutter installation and maintenance
* Private commercial and domestic customers, insurance work for QLD National Parks, Real estate agents
