  • Production Optimization: Oversee the standardization and optimization of production processes, as well as the design of effective and efficient production equipment sets. Additionally, supervise the establishment of new production facilities.
  • Quality Assurance and Safety: Ensure quality and safety across all production sites.
  • Distribution Optimization: Establish MSP arrangements with contract manufacturers and distributors for target geographies, and Sales Agency Agreements where necessary to augment MSP coverage. Support MSP and Sales Agencies with key customer engagement and development activities. Establish a group of road engineers to support sales & distribution partners in pre-sales activities, such as demonstration installations and project planning.
  • Operations Precision: Collaborate with the group planning and logistics director to establish effective sales and operations planning, procurement, and logistics capabilities.
  • Sales: Conducted a review and turnaround of sales and marketing processes, focusing on annuity revenue streams.
