Being Responsible for a Liquor and Gaming Venues
Analyzing Sales Data and ranging new products
Marketing through multiple different platforms (eg social media, in venue promotions, website, developing content)
Working with Suppliers for large scale activations. (Grand Final & Superbowl with Brown-Forman, Season long promotions with Lion Nathan and currently planning Venue take over for Oktoberfest with Weihenstephaner)

Controlling the hotels finances including all accounts and Payroll.
Running senior management meetings with a focus on developing ideas to generate additional revenue for the hotel and to improve productivity;

Demonstrating a high level of customer service and ensuring that the service experienced by guests is commensurate with the hotels goals and reputation;
Managed staff scheduling, hiring, and training to ensure a high level of service quality at all times.
Managing feedback and complaints when required;
General operations including opening & closing the venue; balancing accounts and rostering;
Ensuring compliance with gaming, alcohol and food hygiene regulations;
Responding to enquiries from clients and other stakeholders;
Ultilising client management software and bookkeeping software;
Filing and serving documents;
Invoicing accounts and assisting with payroll;
Drafting documents and communicating with clients and other stakeholders by telephone, letter and email;
Diary management
Overseeing a team of up to 50 staff per shift across Food & Beverage; Gaming; Children’s room facilities , Transport & Retail;
Event planning & on the day management (golf tournaments; community fundraising; private celebrations; promotions; event nights (such as trivia, poker tournaments, members draws etc);
Participating in senior management meetings with a focus on developing ideas to generate additional revenue for the club and to improve productivity;
Working in a position of leadership whilst maintaining a strong, supportive, cohesive and positive team environment;
Preparation of food for large tour groups on campsites throughout Europe;
Managing a tight budget and procuring supplies whilst travelling;

Providing other assistance as required by other crew (such as accompanying passengers in emergency situations to hospital, or conducting a city orientation tour);
