Community Meditation Facilitator

  • The Bronte Sit is a community initiative that I launched in 2021, designed to support the practice of mindfulness and meditation.
  • This free event is held every Saturday at 6:30am on Bronte Beach and supports participants to incorporate a meditation practice into their lives in order to enhance mental health and well-being.

  • A safe space for 8-10 men to share openly and authentically, to be heard and seen.

  • Developed the 'Men's Group Field Guide', a handbook that has been used by over 8000 men globally.
  • Started a Facebook Men's Group in 2012 that now has over 12,000 members.
