I have been working in the civil/construction industry for over 15 years. I have extensive experience in civil construction, most particularly bulk earthworks, irrigation systems including pump stations, pipelines, road and car park drainage projects and concrete structures.

I pride myself in my work and have a high success rate of delivering top quality projects under budget and within allocated time frames.

I have a proven record in positive contractor relationships, this spans from sub contractors, land owners, clients, suppliers and the community.

I am clear and concise in regards to giving instructions about the work that needs to be performed.

I have a thorough understanding of all aspects of drawings and have a great ability to forward this information to staff.

I am extremely proficient in all aspects of safety and environmental issues and have a very high understanding of the importance of safety for all staff, contractors and the community .

I pride myself in document control, such as Daily Diaries, Delivery Dockets, Sub Contractor timesheets, SWMS , OHS , WHS , ITP's and CHMP's is something that I think are very important to ensure all documents are thoroughly reviewed and updated regularly.
