Over the course of 3 years, my brother and myself purchased and renovated 3 homes within Nyngan, and Moree NSW.

We completed all renovations with little builder involvement, only outsourcing contractors when needed.

Our vision for the renovations was to gain equity, capital and a high rental yield to purchase our first restaurant / business
