I have been employed as a Safety Advisor with BMD, working on a variety of projects, including Utilities, Scaffolding, and Bridge construction. My role at Centenary Bridge has significantly contributed to my growth and development in safety management. I have collaborated with the main contractor (TMR) and other stakeholders, both land and maritime-based.

Key Contributions:

• Contributing to BMD’s HSEQ excellence.
• Providing HSE support on small projects or as part of a larger team.
• Assisting in stakeholder engagement, site and desktop auditing, and close-out.

Skills and Responsibilities:

• Basic ICAM incident investigation.
• Reviewing and making recommendations on incidents.
• Providing HSE support and assistance to the project.
• Assisting with the consistent implementation of HSE elements of BMD’s, clients’, and other stakeholders’ management systems, including:Implementing the Project’s HSE system.
  Ensuring full utilization of BMD’s HSE electronic system.
  Conducting minor Compliance Gap Analysis of Project HSE system against client and regulatory requirements.
  Participating in internal audits.
  Assisting with external governance activities, meetings, training, and facilitation.
  Managing HSE documentation and record-keeping on small projects or as part of a larger team.
  Continual monitoring of project use and close-out information in BMS HSE database.
  Conducting People and Plant site inductions.
  Navigating and supporting subcontractors regarding Plant Assessor.
  Facilitating Emergency Response Drills (ERD) and documenting them as required.
  Conducting site-based Alcohol and Drug testing.
  Maintaining Plant records and service schedules.
