As TKE's Gold Coast Area Supervisor I am dedicated to streamlining operations and maximising work performance within my team. Driven to improve processes and reduce costs with a hands-on management style, whilst bringing strong communication, planning and problem solving abilities demonstrated over 20 years in the field. I feel I am highly effective at training staff, maximising productivity and controlling inventory as well as being an experienced leader and knowledgeable about elevator practices and regulatory requirements. I direct and motivate employees to accomplish challenging performance and quality objectives. I have been successful at keeping costs low within my area and employee job satisfaction high, while promoting safety and compliance. I am responsible for delivering supplies and equipment to departments by ordering direct and receiving/ transferring parts to who may need them. I maintain a strict inventory and reconciled variances by conducting regular physical counts. I feel that with two decades of work experience and knowledge in the elevator industry in Australia, United Kingdom and Europe will be an asset in any new position in the future.
