  • I supported consumers with the onboarding process in swimming lessons, gym member ships and coordination of the sporting events they hold.

  • My role within EACH is as a trainee within the mental health and wellbeing hubs, at first, I was hired as a trainee to help me complete my studies within my certificate IV of mental health and to give me an opportunity to have experience in the field, for the work placement I had opportunities to go on outreach to clients homes, do telehealth phone calls and was fortunate enough to be a part of and witness the start to end of supporting clients to achieve their goals
  • Throughout my time with EACH I have learnt a lot and added to my preexisting knowledge, I have worked beside multiple mentors and learnt many approaches and ways of communication
  • Since completing my placement part of my certificate IV, I have been fortunate enough to take on my own clients ranging from ages 8-50, giving me the ability to work across all ages and in different diverse groups.

  • My role at Red Rooster consists of overseeing crew members and training new employees, where I report back to the store manager on their progression and work with new employees until we are happy with their development.
  • I have a lot of experience when it comes to dealing with customer feedback and complaints
