In this role I performed many duties such as, communicating with costumers to ensure complete satisfaction, maintaining a safe and clean restaurant and in my spare time restocking shelf’s and fridges. I resolved customer complaints successfully ensuring high service quality. I worked well in high-stress situations, maintaining professionalism under pressure while resolving disputes or conflicts.

In this role I coordinated traffic flow to ensure safety and efficiency at construction sites and on main roads. I Implemented safety protocols to reduce accidents and improve site safety and security. I also conducted daily checks of signage. Use of communication via hand signals and two way radios.

In this role I monitored road conditions and communicated updates to crew members to assist drivers in the right direction.

I set up and pack up sites using signs.

Use of communication using two way radios.

Use of a two way stop/slow bat to assist cars in the correct direction and to ensure safety at all times.

In this role I managed many duties such as supervising daily tasks to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.

I trained staff on customer service skills and menu knowledge. I also communicated with kitchen staff to ensure the food preparation was correct.

I counted the cash registers at the end of every shift and cleaned and restocked shelf’s for the following day.
