I am due to graduate with my Certificate III in Patisserie from William Angliss Institute in late September 2024. During my time at William Angliss I have gained experience in units such as cakes/pastries, yeast based products, specialised cakes, producing desserts, petit fours, health and safety, menu design, special dietary requirements, working in a commercial kitchen and much more.
