Brian Patrick Connole

Svensson Heights,QLD

Summary

Commenced in disability 1993, I was team leader in a supported housing accommodation seven years,I also worked with clientele that had physical and mental needs. I worked with the department of social services and Care in Bundy when the need arises with some challenging behaviours. A person I was working with one day suggested to give nursing a go, and so began a 23'5 year journey. Sadly I still missed the interaction and comradery one gets with disability work. with the increased work loads expected in Aged Care and the relentless expectation, I feel I need to return to the job I love . Careing for those who need our support, what ever domain that nay be.
