As a Senior HR Advisor at Category 5 / Cat5 Rail, I provide HR advice and support to senior management and all employees within the Mining Resources, Rail Infrastructure, and Labour Hire industries to align HR initiatives with business objectives. My role as a senior HR advisor involves;
