  • Elevated staff capability in cultural inclusion: Increased staff confidence embedding Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander perspectives from 68 % (2021) to 94 % (2023) and XX % (2025)
  • Boosted inclusive enrolment & support: Supported students with disability representing ~10 % of enrolment, with 11 % captured in the NCCD, in a school of ~495–502 students in 2021 and increased this to insert current data here.
  • Established a Rochedale South State School Inclusion Model collaborating with staff, students, P & C and parent/carer community (finalised and approved in 2023) embedding UDL across curriculum and assessment.
  • Created and maintained strong partnerships with families and parents hosting Inclusion Matters Parent Tea and Talk sessions each term from 2023 – current.
  • Students treated fairly at 78.1 %, up from ~83 % in 2021
  • Built supportive school climate: Staff satisfaction (“this school is a safe place to work”) held at 93.9 % (2023); staff opinion taken seriously rose to 89.8 %, up from 68 % (2021)
