I am a reliable, friendly and hardworking person with previous experience in reception, administration, hospitality and customer service roles. After spending the last several years focused on raising my family, I am now excited to return to employment and bring my skills, friendly attitude and strong work ethic to new opportunities.

In my previous roles, I gained valuable experience working with customers, administrative tasks, managing phone enquiries and working as part of a team in busy environments. However, with now having children of my own and having firsthand experience supporting a sick parent who received care through Silverchain palliative care, it has given me a deep understanding and appreciation for the important work your team does every day. During a difficult time for my family, I saw the difference compassionate, reliable and professional care can make not only for the patient, but for their loved ones as well. Although I don’t have any professional experience in this field, I feel deeply that my experience has influenced me to explore this path to make a difference to someone who deserves it. It has also given me insight into the importance of communication and teamwork to provide the best care to help to maintain their comfort in their own homes.
