  • Release Team (retention)-Handling clients with existing leases coming to the end of their finance arrangement and their end of lease options. Acting in a senior role also assisting new starters with the complex product that we provide
  • Utilising CRM to operate a portfolio of 360+ clients at anyone time, looking to upgrade/add additional, refinance or payout their cars as Queensland's largest salary packaging company and novated lease supplier
  • Brokerage of finance between three financiers, dealing with a range of complex employer setups as well as the procurement of vehicles and sales of insurance. Also applying tax office ruling to the setup of the leases to ensure the clients needs are best met.
  • A strict adherence to compliance, financial practices and code of conduct relating to lending, sale of insurance and privacy
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders across departments as well as external through dealership procurement of vehicles and arranging financier approvals to fund leases
  • Majority of the role is WFH autonomously with the expectation high to perform
  • Had the opportunity to be part of many company developments in work groups throughout my time
  • Led the sales team as acting team leader during Annual leave of direct manager-this opportunity saw me handle customer complaints and seek resolution through the guidelines in place as well as escalating issues with external stakeholders to get the best outcome possible.
