Eager to broaden my knowledge of the electrical and construction industries, I have completed diverse jobs across multiple fields, including automotive electrics, fabrication, electrical work, demolition, roofing, and cabinet making. I have hands-on experience installing 12V battery systems and completing car canopy fit-outs, showcasing practical skills in automotive electrical setups. These experiences have helped me develop a well-rounded understanding of the industry, and improved my ability to manage and take control of tasks, while learning new skills along the way.

I have experience installing and troubleshooting solar and battery systems, including Enphase, Tesla, Sungrow, and Fronius, and can complete tasks safely and competently, either in a team or independently. I’m confident working with both AC and DC circuits, rough in and fit off, switchboards, undergrounds, and catenary systems.

Despite working on solar and batteries, I am still well-versed in other aspects of the industry. Including rough-in and fit-off of residential and commercial installations. I've worked with a range of cabling, including TPS, XLPE, COAX, CAT6, and flex. And I have a solid understanding of circuit protection and switchboard wiring. I communicate well with clients and trades, and I have contributed to improved workflows by introducing practical, efficient solutions.

I spent three years as a crew member before being promoted to Crew Trainer and eventually Shift Manager. In these leadership roles, I was responsible for supervising staff, managing shift operations, and ensuring compliance to food safety standards. Working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment taught me to perform calmly and effectively under stress.
I developed the ability to think clearly, make quick decisions, and maintain composure during stressful situations. Whether it was resolving customer complaints, managing staff conflicts, or handling peak service times, I stayed focused on solutions. These experiences strengthened my leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, while also allowing me to train and support team members creating connections..
