• Outlet presentation and branding

• Liaising with service delivery partners to resolve any operational difficulties

• Delivered an enhanced standard of customer service to corporate clients in setting such as suites, boxes and corporate functions.

• Served high customer volumes during special events, nights, and weekends.
• Managing TAB and Keno gaming systems.

• Led a team of individuals to meet sales targets primarily in the prestigious original Members' stand of the SCG.

• Provided primary customer support to internal and external customers in high volume events during the Christmas period.

• Delivered in-depth training to workers in food preparation and customer-facing roles to promote strong team performance.
