I have over 20 years' experience in the creative and management sectors of a dynamic range of Industries including hospitality, fashion and the film industry. This has allowed me to develop and refine my management skills across a wide range of challenging and exciting opportunities. I can work autonomously but also thrive working within and leading a team. As owner operator of my own delicatessen in New Zealand I acquired first-hand experience of all the facets necessary to successfully run and develop a thriving business. The following year I focused on re-establishing businesses within the local community after two major earthquakes devastated my hometown of Christchurch. Sydney has since become my home and my subsequent roles have focused on identifying, building, and managing teams of people that are collectively motivated to build successful organisations. In the Industries I have been involved in, my key strength is thriving under high pressure environments, bringing a blend of creative problem solving, operational efficiency, and a passionate, energetic disposition to drive business success.
