Summary

After recently completing the Masters of Cognitive Psychology(MCPEP) and about to complete Graduate Diploma Psychology (Adv), I am seeking a placement in the Master's of psychology as part of the in the 5 +1 registration pathway. I am committed to becoming a psychologist in my rural community and especially want to work with children and young people in need of support in the complex space of mental health. It is my hope that the education and experiences that I have gained as a teacher, leader, parent, community member and counsellor, will be able to form a useful and practical part of the puzzle for children and families seeking support and assessment from rural psychological services, which are currently so over burdened.
