My responsibilities in this role include:

• Manage daily operations of treatment and planning teams in a current acting senior role, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and quality standards.
• Expertise in advanced radiotherapy techniques: intracranial SRS, SABR (lung, spine), respiratory management, and surface-guided RT. Optimizing patient outcomes through precision techniques.
• Skilled in radiation therapy planning using IMRT, VMAT, and SBRT with proficiency in Monaco and Elekta systems.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities while performing acting senior roles in both planning and treatment.
• Trained and mentored staff in advanced planning methodologies and Monaco tools, elevating team proficiency and fostering professional growth.
• Collaborated effectively with multidisciplinary teams to meet patient needs in a timely and compassionate manner.
• Liaising with team members to optimize the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of patients.
• Adhering to company polices and procedures by keeping up to date with relevant training.
