Brooke Lehmann

With over five years of experience in the hospitality industry, I have developed strong customer communication skills and the ability to thrive under pressure. In addition, I bring 3.5 years of experience in early childhood education, where I have demonstrated excellent multitasking abilities and situational awareness. After just six months in the childcare sector, I was promoted to core educator in the toddler room, taking on increased responsibilities. In May 2023, I was further promoted to team leader in the baby room, allowing me to further refine my leadership and professional skills. I am experienced in creating inclusive and stimulating learning environments, utilizing creative teaching methods and behavioural management strategies to engage young learners. I possess a strong understanding of developmental milestones and maintain effective communication with both parents and colleagues. I am now seeking to expand my horizons, diversify my skill set, and embrace new challenges in my career. I have been actively undergoing training in office administration with a focus on assistant director responsibilities. I am excited to hopefully continue developing these skills and look forward to expanding my professional expertise and opportunities for growth in this area.
