  • Preparing and sending contracts for residential clients through HIA for Granny Flats, Primary Dwellings, Dual Occupancies, Extensions, Demolitions & Renovations
  • Liaising with clients to obtain accurate information regarding bank details for their Contract
  • Preparing Variations of Contracts and Deductions (credits) for all departments to send to the client
  • Variation control – minimised the amount of pending variations. When I started at Cubitts, over 500 unsigned variations were distributed to clients. With control, monitoring and automatic reminders set up on Adobe (then DocuSign), I was able to get all pending variations signed & the pending count to 10-15 by the end of each week.
  • Introduction of DocuSign – Training teams how to set up and use DocuSign
  • NCC Project Sept 2023 – 36 contracts signed prior to the end of September
  • Specifications – interpret relevant documents to create a specification for handover to construction. Documents such as Tenders, Title Searches, Soil reports, Bushfire reports, Architectural drawings, Stormwater plans, Structural plans, SPANTEC plans, BASIX certificate, Colour/Selections Document, Electrical Plans and Kitchen Plans.
