Responsible for the strategic and operational delivery of health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives across Tabcorp. Led the implementation of critical programs and systems, ensured compliance with legislative requirements, and fostered a strong safety culture through proactive leadership, engagement, and risk management.


Key Achievements

  • Led the implementation and roll-out of the Sonder program, enhancing employee access to wellbeing and mental health support.
  • Delivered the full implementation of a new Health and Safety Management System, ensuring alignment with WHS legislation and industry best practice.
  • Oversaw the rollout of contractor management onboarding, integrating Donesafe with Oracle Fusion to improve user experience for both contractors and internal contract controllers.
  • Supported the H&S systems demerger and data cleanse, reducing user numbers, improving data integrity, and delivering long-term cost efficiencies.
