Upon completing my Cert III in Outdoor Recreation and obtaining a First Aid certificate, my career journey led me to various enriching experiences, from teaching swimming at State Swim to supervising water-based programs for minors at Camp America. These roles ignited my passion for outdoor training and educational work, propelling me to pursue opportunities where I could further develop my leadership abilities. My tenure at Fairbridge, where I progressed from a Trainee Outdoor Instructor to a Senior Instructor, provided invaluable experience in team leadership, staff mentorship, and program coordination. Additionally, my time as a Lead Skipper in Greece and a Trip Manager for Contiki in Croatia honed my organizational and communication skills, allowing me to thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environments. My recent roles, including Deck Hand at Sailing in Paradise and Tour Guide at Jet Ski Safaris, further strengthened my customer service skills and ability to ensure the safety and satisfaction of guests. I am confident that my extensive experience and knowledge in the field, coupled with my dedication to delivering exceptional experiences, make me a strong candidate for the job.
