During my time at McDonald's, I began my career as a Front of House employee. After three months of dedicated service, I was promoted to the role of Crew Coach, where I took on the responsibility of training and mentoring new staff members. Building on my leadership skills, I was then promoted to a Trainee Manager position after an additional three months. Although I did not complete the Trainee Manager training, I made the decision to explore other opportunities after graduating high school.
During my time at Crocs, I initially began by hosting children’s parties for ages 2-8. This role involved being attentive to both the families' needs and the needs of a group of 5-15 children, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. After a couple of years, I was promoted to a Front of House Crew position. In this role, I was responsible for serving customers, operating the point of sale system, and preparing food and drinks, providing excellent service and maintaining a positive environment for all patrons.
