As an intern, I assisted in streamlining administrative tasks and conducted comprehensive product analysis using Excel, which improved the efficiency of competitor screening and overall operational efficiency. I participated in weekly product meetings and proactively proposed and co-facilitated solutions to enhance productivity, creating a positive work environment and working effectively with diverse teams. Additionally, I traveled with supervisors to monitor new product development at contract manufacturers. I personally managed inventory to ensure optimal inventory management, conducted precise inventory audits, and maintained high-quality customer service standards.
In 2021, I co-founded a clothing brand with friends, focusing on selling trendy T-shirts primarily through social media and platforms like Shopee. I was responsible for overseeing clothing design, liaising with factories, and planning marketing strategies. Within six months, we successfully grew the brand's social media following to 3,000 fans and stabilized monthly revenue at over NT$100,000.
