Unique Value Proposition

My early career followed a reasonably standard path through working and qualifying as a Chartered Accountant engaged in audit and advising of clients. With the switch to become an equity analyst my naturally inquisitive bent developed into real enjoyment and passion for delving deeper to understand enterprises and what made them successful. I was very fortunate to travel globally analysing ASX listed companies their senior executives and Boards and competitors and stakeholders and engaging with their shareholders and possible investors. This exposure saw me become consistently ranked as one of Australia’s top-ranked analysts and enabled the development of enduring and trusting relations with both institutional investors and the companies I analysed. Ultimately this enabled a transition to become a valued and trusted advisor to both. As I have progressed to leadership and Board positions, I have increased this desire to listen, learn, engage and analyse to seek a collaboratively determined best way forward.
