REFERENCE 1. To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to provide a reference for Mr. Bryn Iddon-Webb, who has been an integral part of our team for the past 4 months as a Barista and Runner. Bryn's dedication and positive contributions to our cafe have made him a standout member of our staff.
In his role as a Barista, Bryn consistently crafts expertly made coffee, showcasing both skill and attention to detail. As a Runner, he efficiently manages the flow of dishes, ensuring the dining area is clean and inviting for patrons. Bryn's commitment to maintaining a tidy and welcoming environment reflects his strong work ethic and sense of responsibility.
What sets Bryn apart is not only his job proficiency but also his exceptional qualities as an employee. He is consistently punctual and willingly takes on additional tasks, often identifying and addressing needs without being prompted. His proactive approach, such as clearing tables to enhance the guest experience, demonstrates his commitment to going above and beyond expectations.
Despite his initial shyness, Bryn's warm and friendly demeanour has endeared him to both customers and colleagues. He greets guests with a genuine smile and inquiries about their well-being, contributing to a positive atmosphere within the cafe. Bryn's amiable nature has fostered strong connections with the team, and several colleagues have taken it upon themselves to mentor him, recognizing his potential in the hospitality industry.
Furthermore, Bryn's humility is evident in his willingness to follow instructions diligently. He approaches his tasks with a focus on accuracy and precision, ensuring that all responsibilities are fulfilled to the best of his ability.
In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Bryn Iddon-Webb. His reliability, positive attitude, and strong work ethic make him an asset to any community. If you require further information or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

REFERENCE 2, To whom it may concern,
RE: Bryn Iddon-Webb
Bryn Iddon-Webb has asked me to write a letter of recommendation and I am happy to do so. Bryn was first employed at my business, Moore & Moore Café, in October 2021. Although only fifteen, Bryn had recently completed a Barista training with a view to working in hospitality and enthusiastically took on the available role of casual Dishwasher during our busy lunchtimes. He has also helped me to plate up dishes for weekend functions such as weddings, when required, and was open to learning the skills involved.
Bryn strikes me as an intelligent young man who gets on well with people – a good communicator who is able to adapt to different situations. I have no hesitation in recommending Bryn to any future employers and I wish him all the best in his chosen pursuits.
Yours sincerely,
Simon Naber

REFERENCE 3. To Whom it May Concern,
RE: Bryn Iddon-Webb
Bryn Iddon-Webb has asked me to write a letter of reference to assist in his search for employment, and I am happy to do so. I have known Bryn since around 2014. It’s been my pleasure to watch him mature from a small child into a young man, during this time.
I have been Bryn’s bass guitar teacher since 2021. I have found Bryn to be an eager learner who is receptive to new information and skills. He strikes me as a highly intelligent young man with a good sense of humour. He possesses a natural sense of rhythm and musicality, and a broad knowledge and interest in many musical genres, for one so young. Adolescence has equipped Bryn with an impressive bass singing voice!
I also recently employed Bryn to problem solve some technical issues. As a student in his school’s Information Technology (ICT) programme at the time, Bryn demonstrated confidence, quick thinking, and knowledgeability in this area. He successful fixed a faulty internet connection, as well as problem solving an issue with my computer. I understand that Bryn has built computers from scratch, both by himself and in collaboration with friends, and is up to date with the various applications and online forums.
I consider Bryn to be a trustworthy, reliable young person of good character, and I have no hesitation recommending him to any prospective employer. I’m sure he can turn his hand to a variety of work, either independently or as part of a team. I am confident that he would be a valuable addition to any workplace or organisation.
Please do not hesitate to contact me on 0402201135, if you have any questions, or need any additional information.
Sincerely,
Chris Clark (Mr)
