Granny's gozleme which is located in a food court area where I was making gozlemes from scratch at the majority of the time and we always had 4 other workers besides me who made fresh gozleme on the daily basis. My job was to make gozleme, serve customers, restock drinks and clean up such as sweeping the floor followed by mopping the floor before we close for the day, I would always greet the customers with a warm friendly smile whilst having a conversation with them so that way they would come back for our delicious gozlemes! I always did everything on time and i'm very efficient when it comes to doing things without the boss telling me what to do, if I see something that hasn't been done I will go and do it such as using a food processor to cut vegetables like mushrooms and store it in a container so its ready for the next day when making gozlemes. Granny's Gozleme is now called Muzzy's Kebab and Grill where the shop's variety of food has expanded; now their is boreks, salads, pides and colourful dips which is to die for and if you haven't been there your clearly missing out because the boreks are gobsmacking flavours alongside the dips and most of all the chilli dips is something out of the extraordinary with bursting flavours as it is a homemade dip, come see what the hype is about.

At this aged care I was working as a care taker where I had to help out the nurses with arranging activities for the elderly by participating in huge activities that benefit the elderly such as making pancakes with the nurses and enjoying the day out in the sun, some days I had to deliver newspapers to majority of the elderly's rooms. I would start a conversation and make small talk with them and see how their day is going and if they needed any special assistance, I would help them. When it was almost dinner time I asked the chefs if they needed my help with dining and setting up the tables and they were happy I asked them therefore they told me to set it up and I set the tables quickly in a short amount of time everything being perfectly tucked in place which they were shocked and pleased at the same time.

Later on I had to wash the equipment's every time it was used and make sure every tool and equipment was in the salon trolleys, I frequently changed bins and put them in the garbage area which is outside at the back of the shop and I greeted clients warmly when they came in to get something done. When my shift was nearly over, the supervisor told me to clean the chandeliers which I did but it was hard to manage then I stacked hair products by the colours and type of product which makes it appealing and eye-catching to the clients.
