- AFL football at the MCG- as a Voting Melbourne Cricket Club member, I have spent a lot of time at football games and cricket matches with friends. My football team is North Melbourne and we might play at the MCG once or twice a year, so I like to bring others in to enjoy the famous bars and restaurants.
- Gold panning and detecting- Living in central Victoria, we are amongst the richest goldfields in the world, theres still some out there and I enjoy panning in creeks with my son and wife as well as detecting when the snakes are hibernating.
- NSW south coast- My in laws live in Bateman's Bay and we as a family have spent a lot of time fishing on the beaches and on the Clyde River over the years, it is my happy place.
- Network- My colleagues and friends over the years have all gone in separate directions with their work lives, I look forward to my interactions with them and they also do the same with me. Great people.
Accomplishments
- Dual trade completion was a good feeling, I wish I completed the Auto Electrical Qualification but circumstance and time hasn't allowed for it as yet.My latest accomplishment was a high mark on my inaugural unit at university, I was very happy with a high distinction in my Financial Decision Making unit at Curtin university online.
- My real accomplishment in life is my loving family. Success is measured in many ways, but no more so in the love of your wife and children.
