PERSONAL STATEMENT This role as a Claims Officer is very similar to my present role in my current position, the foremost priority is accuracy and customer focus. In my current role as an editor/manager, there is no room for error because an error could be detrimental to the customer (which in my current position are dealing with patient information and medical reports), so I see a similar requirement of the need to be meticulous in every detail, needing to be accurate, commitment and always customer focused is what is required in my current role which is similar to that of a Claims Officer. The other similarity of this role to my current role is requirement to work independently. I have for the last 17 years worked from home on my own and churning out good quality work and I believe I am a big asset to my current company which has a similar role to that of Claims Officer which requires the individual to work independently and effectively at the same time.
