  • Operating crushing circuit with Jaw crusher also secondary and tertiary crusher's both being HE 500. Monitoring throughput as to not bridge the jaw and maintaining a bin level on the secondary and tertiary to achieve a continues and even sized product. Preventative maintenance around the crushing circuit such as crusher gapping, checking screen deck for holes, all conveyors and their components, oil and grease levels and clean up
  • Operating CIL working to daily targets to achieve optimal gold recovery. Such as maintaining correct levels of carbon, ph., cyanide and lead nitrate in the leach and absorption tanks
  • Operation of Cat 990,988 loaders and rock breaker on the ROM. Also, IT, Bob cat, Manitou and Kanga around the plant and site
  • Management of the tailings dam and other in pit water
  • Training of new Process Techs on site
