  • As a store supervisor at Boba Boba, I have a role in serious decision making, such as hiring and managing of staff.
  • I gained very valuable stock management experience through performing weekly stocktake and finalising most stock orders for the store.
  • My role requires me to have memorised every single drink recipe, as well as the procedures for brewing and preparing the tea's used in days service.
  • I have a variety of shifts that see me complete opening or closing tasks to ensure the operations of the store remain running smoothly for the rest of the day, or for the staff that are on the next day.
