Over the past five years, I have had the opportunity to assist with various training programs for players over 18 at Football Development Australia more specifically West Pymble Football Club (WPFC). My role involved not only mentoring and supervising groups of 11 to 15 players during their sessions but also providing guidance on both their technical and personal development.
