  • After 13 months at the organisation I was promoted to manage a new B2B sales team beating numerous high-value team members with significantly more sales experience. In 6 months, I took the team from 3 members to 12 strong, overseeing the interview process and training once onboarded.
  • Regularly coordinated team strategy meetings, as well as group and 1-to-1 coaching with my team members to boost performance and ensure targets were broken. Identified holes in the sales process and developed strategies with higher-management to boost company wide performance.
  • In this role I personally built relationships with and successfully managed very large clients including: GSK, Savills, JP Morgan, ALDI and the Port of Dover to name a few.
  • My greatest achievement in this role was taking an account with £1000 total spend to over £300,000 in 18 months, becoming one of the top 20 accounts in the business.
