Whilst working at subway in Young, this job had me undergo a stressful cleaning schedule, whilst keeping the work place tidy along the way, being polite and happy for customers, working with food, up holding sanitation.

This was also a great way to gain some skills in my time management.

• Opening and closing store.

• Hospitality front of house and back of house.

• Commercial cleaning.

• Customer service, customer assistance, serving operator.

Whilst working in a family friends business I was undertaking domestic and property cleaning as well as end of lease cleaning.

I was working with certain pedigree chemicals as well as operating and maintaining certain machinery whilst learning correct PPE and sanitation.

For the previous year or more I have worked as a piggery attendant and undertaken supervisory jobs. As well has having a fully qualified trainee by the time I left.

This role included caring for, medicating and cleaning up after 300kg sows and their litters of piglets, along with having to become accustomed to working in a high pressure situation, whilst learning and working well with others I had been able to build on my communication, team building skills and leadership skills.

I’m this role my duties included looking after the health, cleanliness and maintenance of the flock, ensuring all equipment is being operated correctly and undertaking pest control actions. In this role I was eager to learn and participate in something new to me, I had also picked up a few new skills that can be transferable to a new position that I may acquire, like attention to detail, working under pressure, working in a team, thinking fast and communication skills.

This job was my first job which helped to build my confidence in the working space, this position built a great foundation of skills that will help me be successful in future positions,

this was a fast paced environment that required to think quick on my feet and work well under pressure.
