I’ve been in this current role for 7 years and absolutely adore it still to this day. I have a 2.5 year old son and he loves it too. It’s taught me more than I can put into words about myself but also life in general. I’ve had to be resilient, i’ve been under extreme pressure with the nature of the job not having ratios. I’ve had to work solo but also in a team and faced many challenges head on.
