• During my time volunteering here, I helped wait tables and ensured customers were promptly delivered their meals
• My other tasks included cleaning tables and preparing food and drinks.

During my time at Red Rooster, I have worked mostly as a front of house crew member and crew trainer when needed. My duties and tasks performed are listed below.

• gained extensive experience in a primarily customer service based role, such as taking orders, payments, and handling questions or complaints
• experience in taking orders in a prompt yet friendly manner, preparing food, restocking items and shelves, completing deliveries, etc
• familiar in both cash and card payments using a POS machine
• familiar with answering phones and handling any queries or complaints in a friendly and helpful manner
• always shown up to shifts on time and have always shown to be reliable
• trained staff on how to perform all duties required on front of house, as well as organised shift changes for other staff
• regularly opened and closed the store, including closing down/ starting up tills and completing lock up
