As an undergraduate student who has completed placement, I have demonstrated competency in all of the DA standards. In particular, I excelled in building meaningful relationships with stakeholders and bringing a positive attitude to the workplace. Supervisors commented that I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and am a team player in the workplace. As an educator, I have demonstrated leadership, organisational and communication skills, honed at Genesis Christian College, in private nannying and volunteering. I aim to create inclusive and safe learning environments to support children in their growth and development.
