As a dedicated aspiring teacher, I am completing my bachelor's degree in Primary Education at the University of Sunshine Coast (graduating early June 2024). I firmly believe in the power of collaborative learning, where students and teachers work together to achieve academic and personal growth. My teaching philosophy centres around creating a safe and inclusive learning environment that respects and welcomes diversity. Building strong teacher-student relationships is a top priority, as I believe they are the foundation for meaningful learning experiences.
I am committed to infusing creativity and real-world relevance into my teaching strategies, encouraging student participation and supporting them to understand the practical applications of their learning. My goal is to thrive in a challenging educational environment, positively impacting the school's success while seeking opportunities for professional growth. I aim to be an energetic teacher with a proven ability to teach various subjects, maintaining organisation, showing initiative and facilitating effective learning. My dedication extends to adapting to the diverse needs of students within a warm, supportive learning environment.
