  • Hot Doc activities: Check on booking Activity for payments & reconcile against receipts and follow up for non-payment. Cancel card details if the patient has paid or we have bulk billed
  • Act on emails received from Hot Doc for promotions activation.
  • Organize add fit nursing appointments throughout the day.
  • Check all unsent recall messages and report to the manager.
  • Assure all pending recall letters are sent weekly.
  • Download and enter RTWSA payment receipts to PracSoft.
  • Data entry in Xero for approval of the manager.
  • Enter AP bills on Xero.
  • Enter AR invoices on Xero
  • My GPMP tool: Create reports weekly and inform manager incomplete care plans, unsigned documents and documents waiting for download.
  • • Request online bulk billing receipts, print exceptions request doctors for new codes, rebill and relodge the claim.
  • Monitor Waiting room "Status" column for on Hold accounts, debtor accounts and assure they are checked and actioned as per process.
  • Debt collecting from institutions and patients.
