  • 2023-03-29, To whom this may concern, I have known Caitlin White since October 2021 since she moved into the same unit complex as myself and 3 children. Since that time, our relationship has grown enormously, in which I entrust my 3 children, two under the age of 10, and a teenager in Caitlin’s care. She regularly watches my children and assists in taking my teenager to her sporting commitments. Caitlin is a delightful and very capable young woman who is incredibly enthusiastic, polite, and always ready to learn new things. Caitlin has excellent communication skills and I have found her to be extremely organised, trustworthy, dedicated, self-motivated and responsible. In my time of knowing Caitlin, I have observed that she is always happy and willing to assist others both children and adults, who are either in need of physical support or someone less knowledgeable than she is and can do so in a kind and respectful way. I have also seen Caitlin show great dedication in her full-time study whilst also holding a full-time job in the same field.
