• Running a crew of up to 8 people
• Liaising with organisers throughout charter to make sure everything is running smooth

• Bartending duties aboard charters of up to 120 guests

- Taking reservations for daily bookings

- Getting guests checked in and making sure their safety brief is done

- Fitting guests with Life jackets

- liaising with skippers in regards to weather conditions etc.

On-Board

• Planning, preparing and cooking meals while owners are on-board
• Turn-over of yacht after guests leave
• Carrying out all laundry duties on-board yacht
• Experience with table settings and centre pieces
• Assisted with Water Sports including Jet Skis as well as assisting with lines while docking

In-house

• Organising owners daily activities, appointments and maintenance needed in the house
• Weekly grocery shopping
• Seeking new recipes to make for owners
• Daily cooking of Lunch and Dinner
• All household chores including making beds daily, dusting, cleaning all bathrooms and turn down of beds at night

• Hosting aboard Qualia's 5 star Pebble Beach Vessel, while catering for guests with food and drink, also maintaining conversation with guests throughout the cruise
• Light Deckhand work.
