During this time with Woongarrah ELC I was acting room leader until a permanent room leader was found, during this time at Woongarrah ELC I worked in the 0-1 room and found myself capable of completing said requirements:

I started working with NWEL in September 2023 as a assistant room educator, during this time i fulfilled the duties and demonstrated an understanding of cooperative understanding of:

• I started collaborating with Mission Australia Early Learning in May 2018, I was contracted full time in the pre-kindy room for 5 days a week then in2019 I moved into the preschool room with the children that moved up. In April of2019, my position as a Certificate III was no longer needed as they needed a higher qualification. Since April2019 I have been casual with consistent work and went on Maternity leave in November 2022. During my time with Goodstart I gained skills in:
• Built relationships and communicated with parents to provide best learning environment for children.
• Collaborated with colleagues to develop and revise curriculum, enhancing learning experience.
• Implemented classroom management techniques that fostered a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
• Chose materials and developed lesson plans to enhance skills for individual students.
• Met regularly with team of teachers to discuss best practices and develop innovative teaching strategies.
• Mentored new educators in best practices for teaching, leading to increased confidence and effectiveness within the school community.
• Facilitated student-led, inquiry-based activities in classroom to enhance learning experience.
• Designed curriculum-aligned assessments to measure student progress and inform instructional decisions.

• In2017 I completed my traineeship for Cert III in Early Childhood and Education. I earned my certificate by learning while working, I was under H&H Training at Bounty Early Learning Centre.
• Learned new materials, processes, and programs quickly.
• Participated in on-the-job training, working closely with supervisors and coworkers and asking appropriate questions.
