Summary

I am a confident, enthusiastic individual who has excellent communication, organisation and management skills. I enjoy sharing knowledge, inspiring both children and adults as well as learning from my colleagues. I am dedicated to being an advocate for every child’s individual success through child-centred and interdisciplinary learning. I ensure the school is a space for growth, collaboration and inclusion. Safety is my number one priority in the classroom, followed by positive behaviour and routines. I believe these are absolutely key foundations to have in place before a child can begin to learn. I am an extremely approachable person who believes that strong relationships contribute highly to a well-functioning school, including staff, parents and the children. I am a proactive person who can work on my own initiative but also effectively manage a team. I am looking for a role with variety that will challenge me and has lots of potential to grow into a role I can make my own.
