Entailing a wide variation of work, thinking and planning for constant repairs on equipment and machinery, involving start up procedures of Generators multiple generators, assessment and procedure to start up crushers and drive belt systems from the main power grid, assessing rollers, belts, wear plates and and screener's as a pre start procedure to ensure all operations ran smoothy all day.
• Constantly observing and applying maintenance to the plant and machinery while in operation, operating loaders, skid steers and cranes to move rock, rubble and equipment to and from site to conduct repairs and ensure smooth operation of the plant, performing mechanical work to machines and hydraulics as repairs were needed including the servicing of equipment.
• Designing of compartments, wear plates and structures for fabrication and welding, following technical drawings and carrying out fabrication and assembly of components to the plant.
• Also conducting repairs to drill rigs and assisting in drilling for explosives, preparing drill pads and smooth surfaces for machinery, preparing the main site and following procedure for explosives.
• General site planning, designing and building were reparation for concrete pads including pouring and finishing of concrete slabs for installation of sheds and crib rooms, installation of offices and generators plumbing and electric cables,

Our main focus at this company was in the building and design of sheds, patios and school structures, installation of shade sails, both varying across a wide range of styles and sizes. Patios, hay-sheds, garages, workshops and extensions.

• Construction of projects included preparing earthworks and pouring of concrete slabs, all various fabrications, welding and powder coating/painting all steel structures in the factory prior to site installation where the prepared foundation was located, using a large variety of site equipment, including cranes, hijabs and hoists installing and fixing down all frames/trusses and columns to then apply insulation on roof and walls before fixing on different cladding's and iron-colorbond sheeting, guttering, roller and sliding doors, all fully finished to completion.
• Other focuses of the business was the installation of long steel columns and shade sails for all residential and commercial projects including a wide range of Cafe's and Schools, which included extending, fabrication and painting of steel tubing for raising of shade sails into the air, using bobcats, drillers and hand tools to conduct earthwork excavations and digging holes on site in precise locations to then fasten/install columns, once concrete was set we would use stainless steel applications to fasten a wide range of shade sails to the columns, always using Safety at Heights procedures and equipment.
• Work involved required usage of a wide range of machinery from cars, trucks, excavators and diggers, all metal working equipment and hand tools, paint guns and sprayers, concrete equipment and much more.

• The main projects involved were completion of residential and industrial houses, extensions and renovations, sheds and patios built from ground up, all made out of both timber, brick and steel.
• Some of the tasks involved were demolition, earthworks and excavations, all kinds of pluming, preparation of concrete slabs and footings, concrete pouring and finishing, paving, measuring and mitre cutting of timber and steel for constructing of framework, assembling of frames and secure mounting for cyclone safety, installing of insulation, roofing iron, gutters and cladding.
• Projects also involved timber joinery on interior housing, including plaster boarding and flushing, installation of electrical cables, hanging doors and frames, painting interior and exterior, kitchen installations, flooring of both tiling and carpet, using a wide range of equipment from dumpy, laser and spirit levels, nail guns for timber and concrete, electric and petrol cutting saws for timber and steel, concrete and timber, drills/drill press and tech guns plus a wide range of hand tools.
• Plus the creating of technical drawings, reading of blueprints and plan layouts.
