Summary

I am a Boatswains Mate in the Royal Australian Navy and have been for 6 years. I have completed multiple deployments for my country including foreign and domestic operations. I have built great leadership skills in my time by listening and at times working directly under great supervisors and leaders. In the past few years, I have been pushed into a leadership role myself managing small teams of around 6 people. I started my career in one of the hardest positions which is commissioning a brand-new warship and bring it online and completing all the necessary requirements to make the ship and the crew seaworthy.
