Responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives, compliance, organisational development, and culture across Consilio’s global operations in Australia and into Asia Pacific. As the APAC leader in our global team spanning London, Singapore. Dubai and the USA, I work with the Consilio Global Employee Experience team and Executive Leadership to create and coordinate a unified global approach to all strategic and operational HR initiatives across the region.
Following Consilio’s acquisition of Lawyers on Demand, I led the integration of the Australian business including all people policies & procedures, title changes, salary reviews and role descriptions.
Created People Plan 2024/25 with a global mindset looking at internal mobility and skills matching across all areas of the business.
Creation and leadership of Affinity Groups aligned to DE&I and Wellbeing initiatives linked with the People Plan, as well as implementing an ESG committee across Australia all to drive towards our culture priorities for the region.
