CALLUM LASSLETT

I am Callum Lasslett, an 18-year-old computer science student at RMIT with a passion for music and a strong background in retail and hospitality. My experience working at Target has allowed me to develop strong stock management skills and the ability to work with customers. As a lead customer service employee with Target, I have also managed sales – both cash and EFT, returns and customer complaints. I am adaptable and customer focused ensuring that difficult customers are handle well. I have worked in various roles in the store, including being called upon to assist with customers who speak different languages and to fix computer related issues.

I am also a former sales assistant and cook at Strathmore Fish Supply. These important early employment skills allowed me to develop an understanding of hospitality industry and food safety and hygiene in this industry.
